About SpotScam
SpotScam is a free library of scams, explained in plain English.
Scammers are very good at what they do. They sound friendly, official, or scared for you. Anyone can be fooled.
We collect real scams and explain each one simply: what happens, the warning signs, and what to do. No sign-up, no ads asking you for money.
Our goal is simple: help you, your parents and your grandparents spot a scam before it costs anything.
SpotScam will never call you, text you, or ask you for money or personal details. If someone says they are from SpotScam and asks for money, it is a scam.
